Please complete and submit the form below to enter your Bowls Club and machine into our competition. The closing date for submissions is (Closing date).

Competition terms & conditions

1. The competition is jointly organised by Bowls England and The Howardson Group Ltd ("the Organisers").

2. Entry is open to bowling clubs affiliated with Bowls England. One entry per machine may be submitted.

3. Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the bowling club.

4. To enter, clubs must:

- complete the online entry form;

- provide at least one photograph (maximum three) of their Dennis or SISIS machine; and

- provide a brief history of the machine within their club.

5. The competition aims to identify the oldest Dennis or SISIS machine that remains in working condition.

6. The Organisers reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to verify the age and operational condition of any machine entered.

7. Entries must be received by [Closing Date]. Entries received after this date may not be considered.

8. Judging will be carried out by representatives of Bowls England and The Howardson Group. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winning club will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form within 7 days of the competition closing date.

10. The prize will be awarded to the winning bowling club and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.

11. By entering the competition, entrants confirm that:

- they have permission to submit the photographs provided;

- the information supplied is accurate to the best of their knowledge; and

- they have the authority to submit the entry on behalf of their club.

12. By providing consent on the entry form, entrants grant Bowls England and The Howardson Group permission to use submitted photographs, club names and excerpts from entry stories in connection with promoting this competition and Dennis and SISIS products across print, digital, social media and other marketing channels.

13. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and used only for administering the competition and any purposes for which consent has been provided.

14. The Organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

15. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
